Congrats and it's not so hard, you make the giveaway, when it ends look who won and then you send the gift or key, and mark that you already sended the game and wait for the winner to mark as received...
You can buy it as a gift, but doing that it gets region restriction. If you buy it on any other store(never did it) i think it's always a key without any restriction, in that case, when a giveaways ends you just send the key you just bought...
