It is definitely a mahjong game with a bit of story, if you consider the character's proceeding from a monk to a couple more monks to her true love and hearing a couple stanzas of poetry from each a story.

Also you have a pair of tatas that jiggle up and down at the slightest movement like two water balloons filled with wet pudding. 

I can't really even recommend it to guys who would be interested in the lead character's improbably bouncing bodice because you only get to see that during the rare moments when your character faces the camera. Seems like an egregious waste of booby physics programming if you ask me.
