If steamgifts will let you enter giveaway then it is okay. I will check to see if you own the game and if I see it just the base game and not dlc then I understand why you enter. As long as you redeem the premium version and not sell or regift the game.
you plan to remove your game from steam and then re-add my code? I would not suggest you do that in case code doesn't work. They took down steam page so I'm not sure if this code still works. I think it still works but I cannot confirm sorry.
actually im not sure how it works but i only own the base game and im pretty sure if i was to win this, i could activate the key to get the dlc.
if that doesnt work i'd just ask for a reroll.
