Hi, the key you sent me is not the correct game, gamereceived was PAC-MAN™ CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION 2 (not DX+)

I'd suggest you either:

  • Create a support ticket to delete the giveaway
  • Create a support ticket to change the giveaway game to the one i received (PAC-MAN™ CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION 2)
  • Try to provide me the right key

I see you are a fairly new user and mistakes happen. I can't mark it as received because I could get in trouble for not having the actual giveaway game activated in my Steam account. Feel free to do one of the above to resolve this issue. I'll have to mark it as Not Received otherwise.

I'm sorry; you're right that it was a mistake. I couldn't find Edition 2 listed on Steam or here, so I made a bad assumption that it was equal to the DX+ version. I will create a ticket to change the giveaway to the proper game. So sorry for the inconvenience!

Sadly, no. I created a ticket last week, but it is still pending with no reply. I assume they are busy/short-handed like everyone else right now. We can only wait, sorry.
