Clearing out unused keys.
I'm setting a contributor level, because those with the least power abuse it the most.
Keys delivered by the site, I'm annoyed by people who demand you become steam friends to deliver a key.
No thanks are necessary, I'm not much of a community member and just pop in now and then to try to win stuff.
Hey man, while it is not necessary, still thanks for sharing (especially as I entered multiple:P).
Also, to my knowledge if you want to use send an actual steam gift (as in, not a key from another site) you need the winner to be on your friend list to do so, so it is not really a demand per se.

I wouldn't rule out some people insisting as such to give the key because they don't know about the feature or trust it.
