"Assassin's Creed Freedom Cry" is the Standalone game.
"Assassins Creed IV Black Flag Freedom Cry" is the DLC.
Both are available choices in the "Create a GA" menu.
As the user doesn't have either himself and just registered 10 hours ago, you may not want to get your hopes up for either one. I was going to help the user confirm it, but there is no way to contact him on Steam. /shrug
