Eh, I don't really know. I dislike quite a bit. For example eggplants, zucchini, mushrooms etc.
But the worst thing I forced myself to eat was Japanese "natto", spoiled soy beans.

"Gorgonzola-plum" ... in case you wonder, that's a raw plum stuffed with smelly cheese -
it's been a house "specialty" in a very noble restaurant I was invited to and it tasted horrible.

When I was a kid, I didn't like bananas. But I really liked ketchup. So one time, when my mom wanted me to eat a banana, I sliced it up and put ketchup on it. It tasted awful! But my mom forced me to finish the plate. That was the day when I learned that katchup can't fix everything... :-(

Flaki - it can be directly translated as guts. It's a soup made of beef tripe. It stinks awfully and it's the most disgusting thing I've ever known :/

I don't think I've ever had anything I'd classify as truly disgusting.

Boiled rice with cinnamon and apples. I hate the smell for some reason.

Goulash (on a camping trip - it had bones in it that got stuck in my throat)... or for food that had been properly prepared it would be Sea Urchin - like eating salty, gritty sand!

Coconut

A fish that tried to cut my throat with its fishbones.

Probably anything that I cooked myself, including --believe it or not-- something that started out as a pizza. But as for things which do not defy description, maybe cow stomach soup?
