I'll always notice you, even if you're in costume <3

it used to be an owl lol.
I changed it after having a very intense experience. I bought a used car and was driving it home on a 2 hour highway trip... So I'm doing like...60-70mph and right next to my face, this hairy spider the size of my thumb peeks out of the sunvisor. I'm pretty proud to say that I just got very very VERY tense and kept looking up at the spider then back to the road, calmly trying to figure out what to do. I ended up pulling over on the next exit, and trying to find the spider. Couldn't find him, after like 20 min I give up and start the other hour or so drive home. At some point I started talking to him lol, saying things like "Ok, we have to be in this car together, I'm pretty sure you're a jumping spider.. I'm not going to kill you or anything if I can help it, but if you jump on me, I'm not responsible for what happens next." I also named him Carlos. When I got home I looked up what type of spider he was and found out he was a "phidippus audax" or "bold jumping spider" I thought it was kinda neat that his species name was similar to my steam name... and, well, hence the picture change lol. Fun fact: about 6 months later my fiancee ended up joining the "high speed spider interaction club" after a camping trip. Different type of spider, and this time it had crawled onto her arm. (she ended up pulling over and I had to get out and swat it off her arm.)
