This game looks a lot more bizzare than just plain old piss. Maybe you could compare it to vomit or diarrhea instead, as that could be a more apt comparison for the grotesque mess look this game has. 😄
That said, in video games I enjoy it the more unconventional and abnormal it is, so I actually think this looks cool. I also already own it, though I haven't played it yet.
