If you need to add someone just to send extra key for DLC, then you can modify key after you sent it to winner.

So winner will see and activate base game, write about it in comments, and then you can swap key for DLC. Winner will see it on their giveaways won page and activate it s well.

Unless you simply prefer direct way of sending it :D
