I don't need CV any more, so I can just drop games however I want now.
I am also not having a particularly high opinion on Valve's games—and by that, I mean that roughly four games (if we consider the two episodes for HL2 separate games) they actually made and not just put their logo on someone else's work to profit from it. While I consider Half-Life 1 a pretty good game for its time, I'm generally annoyed a bit when people forget that the "in its time" is part of that description.

So, I have little to no interest in Black Mesa and would have just thrown it out as level 1 or 2 public to let whatever lucky bot account claim it.
But since you apparently want it, and your account shows you at least play more games than don't, your play time is divided among many games instead of 1-3 games being the responsible for over 75% of accumulated hours, and because it was late and I was tired, I thought why the fuck not give this thing to a home where it may be appreciated.
