This title doesn't appear to be in the steam store anymore. As such I am rolling the dice on whether it is region restricted - I am going with "no" because the key is from a Humble Bundle from an era where games typically were not region-restricted, but if you are the winner and cannot redeem this, please allow me to delete the giveaway.
