junior mods only have so many permissions
there is just to few senior+ mods to handle the # of tickets most likely. Junior mods are basically giveaway related tickets only, and other so who knows what is happening in there.

I have a month old user report myself, for someone who is clearly abusing the system, hoping mods to get to handling him before he wins something with his super fake CV.

I have to admit ignorance of the inner workings here. Probably a lucky break for mods that there are a lot less bundle sites than there used to be, back in the days of greenlight atrocities flooding Steam ;)

Though we now get all that ridiculously expensive vaporware designed to level up bot accounts.

Sure, actually I've handled the biggest chunk of them this month from what I can tell. So maybe you want to direct your frustration somewhere else, especially when it's the game's dev you should contact about it, not us.
But no worries, We'll handle your ticket as well once those that came in before yours are taken care of.👍
