So here's how it is: A while back, I won through steam cards and badges a rare wallpaper. I had spent a total of 1,5 or less euros. So I put the wallpaper up for sale for 10 and something euros. By my surprise, the day the Sniper Elite Franchise got a big discount, was the same day my wallpaper was sold! So having got 9,57 euros on my account, I said to myself: "I'm sure this is a sign for a giveaway!" Because, all I actually gave were less than 2 euros correct?

VAC and Game Ban enabled games can either be bought for your own account, or gifted immediately. They can no longer be saved to your inventory for trading purposes. If you directly gift a game to someone who gets permanently banned, you won’t be able to gift that game again.
So you no longer have "save in inventory" as an option when receiving such a gift.

Gotta love making bank on emoticons and backgrounds. You end up with a badge you don't want, but you can easily get $5 out of a game from a $3 bundle. Then there's the times you get the same $0.03 background on all five attempts :(
