The game doesnt actually show in your steam profile community page unless you play it. Its pretty weird as I dont know any other steam games where this happens.
As far as I know is this problem cause of the new DLC-Modus. When you have a DLC of a Game (also free2play), the game is shown up in your library. When I right click on the SEcond Encounter HD and go to DLC, there is written the following: Fusion DLC, REtail Exclusive DLC and SECOND EDITION FULL GAME. But guys, also I am not able to enter this giveaway. Dont know the reason. Hope it gets fixed in the forseeable future.

I actually fixed the problem by playing the game for about 15 minutes.
Now it appears in my library, so I synced my profile with SteamGifts and it works. :)
