What a strange thing to get from a giveaway. Still, I have 2 and 3 but do not have the digital art books for them. So, why not. I can't imagine anyone trying for these unless they have the games. Can you even access the art books without the game? Oh well, good luck everyone.
nope, you can’t enter (and won’t even see on main page) giveaways for DLCs for games you don’t have in acc; but sometimes you can enter GA for DLC even if you have DLC in question (‘profile features limited’ on steam) — that’s why I asked to check it before entering
