I'd say 1060 is enough but you could get 1070 which will last you longer if money isn't a problem.

In the long run is cheaper to spend 500€ now rather than 300 now and 300 in the future. 1070 is a beast for now and quite some years to come. Sincerely from an AMD guy =)
