Keep in mind that if the winner broke any kind of official rule in the past, he will be added to my blacklist.
Poor ratio winners (generally 1.5:1 on more, but I'm not so strict) will be added to my blacklist too.
Every member of my blacklist can add me on steam and ask me to remove him from the blacklist.
It's a one time chance only: if you break one more official rule after I removed you once, you'll be added to my blacklist permanently.
