Yes, you and many other people have deluxe. The situation is difficult. It can only be verified by achievements and time played. For example, go to my profile and you will see that I finished all the episodes and played 50 hours. And nowhere does it say that what I have. Steam is not smart.

Not always achievements can show that you have DLS. That's how I got through Fallout 4. And then I just downloaded the DLC from another source and threw it into the game folder. There are achievements, but no DLC purchased. Because there was no GOTY version at that time to assemble the kit right away.
