Are you sure it's really only Germany, and not only NOT Germany.
Don't know which of the one was a replacement for Germany (but that one is accessable worldwide too, it was just to appease Germans who couldn't get the other game given away).

as i´m from germany, it is for germany for sure. but as i checked again, probably even not germans can activate the game? dont know^^ is there a way to find it out?^^

If it is from hb and you didn't revealed key yet, you can press "create giftlink" button, you shoud get pop-up with restricted countries. You can close this pop-up without creating giftlink.

btw: how can you all see the ga? O.o as i created as region locked, shouldnt be there a massage like "you cant enter the ga, as you are not living in the following region: ..."?

it was changed a while ago to allow users to see region lock giveaways but still cant enter them

The "enter" button is just red and marked Region Restricted (and when clicked goes to show the regions it's locked to).
