I'm sorry that You could not receive Your win.

I don't see any region restrictions in my steam store either (I'm German btw).
In Germany it is quite common to have low violence or otherwise censored versions of games, but in this case there shouldn't be something like that.
The key itself is from Humblebundle, but they did not state any region restrictions either...

May I ask Your permission to delete the giveaway?
