This is a game that doesn't show up in your account on the Steam website even if you own it already (probably all "Digital Homicide" games are this way). The only place I can find that I already own the game is in the Steam client. So be careful to check if you already own it before entering. This game has been given away for free multiple times.

Does anyone know of a better way to verify that you own a Steam game without having to use the Steam client?

The ESGST script does add "Owned" and "Removed" tags for this game (as long as you are synced up), so this is one way to do it, but is there any other way?
