Woaw, I really don't get it, I kept the screen saying it was Civilization III open but I check my library as you said and you're right, really sorry, i didn't mean to scam you, Really sorryyy!
I did try to activate just before your key a Civilization III key that was actually duplicate, maybe it was a bit buggy
