The DLC collection is as close as I can get to adding these keys to the site and I hope it's all right.
If it isn't on the list, that means it was given away at free at some point and isn't allowed on the site to be in giveaways.

To be fair, the product has been altered and merged with its DLCs and I've never seen the ultimate or complete edition as free anywhere before.
As I understand it, the basegame is now the ultimate edition in steam and the DLC collection that's still being listed on this site but removed from the store, is worth a lot less so CV was never and have never been my reason for sharing anything.

I got it for free from Humble and it now has all the DLC in my library, so you are giving out the equivalent to the free one even if that didn't use to be the case.

"Warlock: Master of the Arcane" was free on HumbleBundle in september 2014.
When Complete edition is come, all owners of base game in steam upgraded base game for complete edition for free too.
That's the reason, why Complete edition is not on the game list of steamgifts

I understand that, that's just what I've been saying. But the base-game that took its place isn't listed on this site.
It would be impossible for me to even offer a game distributed for free to associated licenses by steam. It's a complete retail pack.
If I didn't make a note of it, no one would even tell the difference. So I don't understand the aggressions towards this giveaway, it's more than I'm officially offering by using the past "DLC Collection" as the only means of sharing it.

From the Guidelines:

I'm assuming the complete collection counts as a free game ever since the mass humble bundle giveaway and the merge (though I remember having the DLC when I got it as I participated in that giveaway, but my memory may be faulty) and I have seen people get suspended before for picking something that isn't the game in question when they couldn't find what they were looking for. Now I will agree that technically these keys will give someone all the DLCs so I don't see it as too harmful, but technicalities and the guidelines you know?
As I said it's your risk. I just wanted to let you know and I may be wrong, but I just typically follow the rule that if I don't see it in the list, I don't risk it.

Does that impact the status of a game if it can be given away again (I was under the impression if it was ever mass given away that it just straight up wasn't allowed to be given away on here before)? If that is the case, then someone needs to contact support and have the game put back up on the list.

Fairest, he's got a very valid opinion and you should take a moment to see that.
I don't go out of my way to break any rules, I'm just a gamer trying to share to enrich the gaming culture with more people coming together. That's my intention and I can admit that I wasn't playing by the rules in this GA, but I didn't wrong anyone by doing so.

I am in no way accusing you of doing anything intentional. I'm more worried about a generous person getting in trouble over a technicality.
You are replying to me as if I reported you, which I didn't. I simply wanted to say in my original post as to why the game wasn't on the list and that there is a chance of suspension. And my reply to Tristar was me asking if so much time passes after a mass giveaway and the keys expire, if the game could be added back to the list to avoid a situation like this.

I apologize to you for coming off that way, but I'm passionate about sharing in a very amateurish way and I just wanted you to know what really matters to me.
If I break rules out of technicalities or limitations knowing I can do good, then that's my choice and you shouldn't worry on my behalf. I responded to your reply to him because he raised an important question that's already been answered, perhaps only not in the right way and people should take their focus away from site-contributor mechanics and see sharing for what it really is rather than locking down certain games.

Just an impression I got, that we were just wasting eachothers time when I had to request a reroll (as if I wanted to reroll in the first place).
One time the original winner got back after a few weeks and allowed me to cancel the ticket.
It's not important, I'm just not good with site mechanics.
And if sharing this game is important to anyone else, they're very welcome to link this giveaway if they do reach out to the site support.

Back when I bought them, they would have included the game with all the DLCs and should "upgrade" your original steam license.

i have the base game, so i'll try my luck.
If the warlock regular version has been free in teh past but not the complete version you should ask support to add the complete version to the list of games you can give away. That way you can make an accudarte GA and people without the game can join.

Yeah, but it's alot simpler than that. It's the base-game (now complete edition) and not the DLCs that should be listed on this site.
And that would be just the sort of GA I'd love to share, a base game with extra DLCs without any added site value like I've done with XCOM: Enemy Unkown in the past.

If I didn't have faith in steam keeping track of past licenses and its contents, I'd go out of my way to re-confirm it by spending another key (I've already activated one of these keys on my own account in the past, the first out of 10 keys).
If there are any complications at the present date, I'll find a way to make it up to each of the winners and still take the negative feedback.

Cool. I think that if you have all the content then steam activation tells you that you already have the product so the key stays unused. A potential winner in this situation should then tell you about it to re-roll for someone who doesn't have the product.
