Eh, why does it say Exist in Account? I'm pretty sure I never paid for the full game before. Played the free version and it was great. Would love to get the full game someday

I'm guessing the free game and the full version share the same base id. You can probably remove the game from your profile and re-sync.
(Just make sure you really didn't buy the full thing first.)
