my misunderstanding then... it never occurred to me that you can actually change the status once you mark one of the options, for some reason I thought once I mark "received" I can't come back a month later and change it to "not received" (why should this be allowed?)... therefore I thought you were giving me a general advise here, applicable to future similar cases, pardoning me this time, and I didn't take any action... well, a lesson learned the hard way...
