It`s really frustrating. I "won" recently, but..that douchebag didn't even know how to get a steam key. That..is unfair ^^ Why did I win that fake giveaway? Why would anyone create a fake giveaway anyway?

Yeah it is.
I've won a giveaway 2 months ago which was region locked so i could not activate it (without stating it in the description and the giveaway maker didn't know it too ^^).
But well, hope we both have better luck next time.;)

Thanks for explaining how it works! I had no clue at all. Unfortunately there is no thread that explains, what you are supposed to do with the "code". I guess you just have to ask around, just like I did.
