Remember to check if the winner already has the DLC as Steam doesn't tell SG if people already own it.
Send them a friends request first and check their DLCs.
Edit: I for example already have the shotgun and sniper rifle but not the other stuff. Maybe they were in some other packs too.

You might end up running into an issue here no matter who wins.

I bought this awhile back too off GamersGate I think, and keep forgetting I have it specifically because Steam really sucks and it won't show up as owned on Store page for me because of whatever stupid APPID issues there are with the Steam store version (even though I've got all the same content and app-ids when querying my account).

I'm betting the SG system (and SG tools) won't show it either, but then again I don't know if that's really all that different from any DLC in that the system can't see shit that's there either.

Personally, I'd delete it to avoid the headache---but it is a legit giveaway for the correct version, so that's up to you.
