The best method to attempt to contact another Steamgifts user is via our site. If the user has any giveaways of their own that you can access, then you should leave a comment in one of those - explain who you are and why you're contacting them. This way you will be sure they have been notified of your message, and if needed, you have easy proof that you attempted to contact them as you would only need to provide us a link to the comment you left.
You can let the entries remain as "Not Received" as this not specifically require any action from you, but if you would like to do so something then you can try to contact them to provide them with new copies of the game, or you can ask for their permission to delete them as winners of the giveaway. Be aware that they are not in any way obligated to give this agreement, but if they do, then you could open a Delete request to have it handled.

The feedback for winner m2k13 was changed to Not Received due to the gift being revoked.

I looked into it and it turns out that the website I bought the keys from went bankrupt shortly after and since it didn't pay the devs, they revoked all keys.
This was over 5 years ago, not sure why it is only coming up now, but you can mark all 9 (excl. Spellbound) as revoked. Since nobody complained in the last 5 years, excl. Spellbound who received a replacement, I will assume that no one really cared about the game.

Unfortunately I cannot. This is something the winner's each have to address themselves via a ticket. Even the rules ask to keep feedback correct and updated.
You could (should) reach out to your winners in order to informing them about the issue of your gift having been removed as they might get suspended for having a not activated win.

Then may I ask how it is that the giveaways are now marked as not received after over 5 years?
The keys were revoked in early 2019 from the screenshot that I saw from spellbound.
It is also clear that the winners did not request any change to the win status, as both people I contacted seemed to be unaware (one already got replacement and another got banned randomly after over 5 years)

What I generally spoken can tell you is that if a user gets suspended for a not activated win and has evidence that the gift was revoked, then feedback is adjusted. There is no statute of limitations. It could've been ten years ago - if the win got revoked by the developer then feedback gets adjusted. After all the rule is that wins cannot be removed from the winner's account and since they didn't play an active role in that feedback gets adjusted.
