"Exists in your account" even though I don't have it. Probably because of the free weekend for this game... support should fix this somehow, it's getting annoying.

Nope, didn't help. Actually it probably is how it is precisely because I sync my account everytime I activate/buy a game and that's why it detected DR in my library (as it's free weekend for it). So those people who don't sync account very often can enter this giveaway and those who sync it often (like me) can't enter it. Go figure.
