You have a red flag in your sgtools check because you marked a duplicate as Received. Which you shouldn't do, because that's not how the website works. You should sort it out with the gifter, or ask support to unlock the feedback buttons, so you can change it to 'Not Received'. Alternatively, you can agree with the gifter deleting the giveaway.
There was a similar problem with one of your own giveaways, which gave the winner a red flag as well. You should try contacting them to fix this (change feedback, or gift the game again, or ask if they're okay with deleting the giveaway).
