You should be able to do see before any credit card info) the box labeled "Purchase as a Gift" will be grayed out. It's because when it first came out a ton of people complained because they bought BFV and gifted it to friends but it wasn't clear that it wasn't a stand alone game. So now we have this bullshit.

I have Vietnam already but I just added my BC2 key to origin and it converted it to a digital deluxe version, idk if my keys are linked in origin but its worth a shot to anyone else who really wants Vietnam.
