Can a giveaway be deleted after a giveaway has ended? You can't mark it as not received until a week is up. The gifter of course has until then to provide the correct key.
The gifter only has to open a support ticket and the one who would get the key (me) has to write in the comment-section that he is okay with choosing a new winner. I don´t think the gifter has the right key so he have to write a ticket for deleting the giveaway and start a new one. I can´t do anything except writing this here.

Did you read the comments of leejacks? You were gifting a game that was removed from the list of giftable games because its a "free game". You broke 2 rules instead and gave away a game that is free to everyone. Next time you give away a game read the rules first and don´t give away a FREE key. Now you have to wait until this giveaway ends or provide a key for the DLC. Then your giveaway gets marked as not received. Next time think twice. I won´t accept deleting this giveaway.
