Is it okay to enter for the Quiet-skin ("Cloaked in Silence" or something) only?
(Just kidding, but I would suggest checking the winner because of that: I have both games in library and SG would allow me to enter, and shows it as a wishlisted GA because of the skins)

I have Ground Zeroes in library, so you should decide if only people that don't own both games can enter. If you decide that owning Ground Zeroes / Phantom Pain with/without DLCs is too much, you can ask for re-roll of the winner.
