May I ask why? I'm not opposed to rerolls but since it's been 3 months I would like at least a reason 😄
I explained to supports, I had that dlc before but their system failed to recognize that

This thing says, I've won this giveaway. It ended 3 months ago, but today is the first time I'm seeing it.
That's right, as you can see above a reroll was requested only recently for some reason. I've sent the key now, and am happy that it is now won by an active and vigilant user 😄
