Final Update 12/23: Thank you all for being so patient with this mess.
Currently GMG still hasn't sent me new keys or done anything to take care of this issue. The last actual message I received from them was at 9am on Tuesday.
I'm fed up with them entirely, so to resolve the issue I've sent the 3 people who received duplicate keys a gift copy directly through Steam. Check your emails, they should be sitting there ready and waiting for you.
Again, I'm sorry for this issue, I will know better in the future than to trust GMG with their keys from the mystery packs... Though honestly, between the various bits of negative press they've had in the past, and this experience with utterly terrible (though existing so still better than Steam itself) customer support, I pretty much don't think that'll be an issue as I have no plans to ever make a purchase through them again.
Anyway, after all the kerfuffle in dealing with this, I really hope you guys enjoy your late, but finally delivered, gifts. :)

So you're what, 11 hours ahead of me. That'd put you somewhere in UTC+3 time zone along with, what, Western Russia/Eastern Europe, Georgia & Turkey, and eastern Africa? Wait, is Georgia UTC+3 or +4?

Really? That's a key from GMG... I'm really sorry about that. I'll contact their support and see if there's anything I can do, or just check if I have another spare key for it in the interim.

As a quick update here, I've heard back from GMG in response to the issue. They'd closed the second ticket on me, so I have all 3 failed keys being reviewed by them. I've provided screenshots to them proving the keys were in my orders, as well as showing all 3 entered into steam resulting in a duplicate key error message.
It is my hope they will have this issue resolved soon, and I again apologize for this issue. Nothing like having a winner end up with a dud key. I hope GMG gets this taken care of shortly.
However, in the event they don't, there is already an alternate source lined up to solve the issue, so one way or another I'll have your key to you as soon as possible. :)

These keys have been sitting around a couple of months admittedly...
But if they are going to keep spitting keys for the same few games every time I fall for their mystery key packs, it'd be nice if they actually FUNCTION when I get around to giving them away to people. I guess I've learned a valuable lesson here and I'll never give out one of these keys from GMG in a regular GA again... lol

Also... Did your key actually work? If so I will breathe a sigh of relief that maybe I won't have to take out a ticket on all four of these keys... lol
edit: Huzzah! One worked. Now worst case scenario is down to only having to take out tickets with GMG support for 75%, and best case is only 50%! lol
