Things have been.. Very complicated.. And mediocre at best.. But regardless of this I did owe this game a playthrough :D I haven't finished it yet but I did play some of it and I pop-ed in to ask something that just struck me.. The key in my licenses activates as:

On the one hand it's beta testing but the type is retail.. So when I review it, I mark it as received for free because of the beta testing or no, since it activates as retail?
So far I'm laughing a lot with the death animations and raging with the jumping part.. Oh my god the jump needs improviiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing.. BUT it's still so much fun that if you get past the initial jump then you'll keep playing :P Everything else is very very nice and I like the dress idea :) Reminds me of Alice Madness a bit not sure why..
Anyway.. I a liiiittle late I know but I wanted to thank you again! It's pretty much what I expected it to be :D

Yes, it's normal for the key to activate like this. Like 99% of the keys I have with the devs for me or giveaway, I guess they name them differently to differentiate the press keys from the actual keys sold.
For the review, you can check the box that says you received this product for free yes but nothing dramatic either if you don't don't worry.
The death animations are great and there are some pretty original traps, it's a lot of fun in that respect.
For the gameplay, I totally agree with you about the jumps, I passed the info on to the developer as well, it's pretty horrible at first. It's quite horrible at the beginning, but after dying you get used to it a bit, but it's still special.
