Got the Duplicate Product Code when trying to activate the key =/
So it appears this key has already been used.
Also just saw the Description, i'm not from CIS Region so that might be another issue as well, since you made a Giveaway without locking it to that region.

The key is replaced, try to activate. The description does not have to do with the key of the open region.
