The key was in the Humble Fight for Racial Justice Bundle from the Humble Bundle shop, which is pretty reliable, so there shouldn't be any particular problem with this game key. I imagine the key is named like that simply because it was not sold by Steam, the third party being Humble Bundle - but in fact, I don't know more about this than you do, sorry. 😅
