Same as spookypannkaka, I don't own the base game so my advice is to check your winner! (assuming it's indeed a DLC since the picture says so but Steam doesn't list it as a DLC even though it should be?)
This is an old DLC that i got somewhere, don't remember now where. Since i got the 2nd encore from Fanatical Bundle, i made this one. I will check if the winner can activate too, otherwise, i will delete. Thanks for the advice.

There's a bug on Steam Gifts that, sometimes, even if you own the DLC, they will show it =/
