Yes, that's because I received keys before the game was available on Steam, so it wasn't on the giveaways list here either. That's also why it appear as 0P and provide no contribution value until Steam API starts reporting its price to steamgifts database.
I've always accessed all the games and DLC I've received with keys marked as beta, so don't worry it's a permanent key.
