I had it from an older humble bundle from before I recalled this site existed. I will attempt to verify that the key would still be accepted on steam but if not it will be given via a humble bundle gift link which should be eligible for DRM free download via the humble store in either case.

Looking into it the game was removed from steam last year. The code would still be accepted as it was allocated before it's removal and in similar cases the keys for long since removed games have been accepted. It looks like since the game is in the system it is alright to give away. The key would still work but there is no store page since the game can no longer be purchased on steam.
