I have it , so not entering, but worth noting that if the key can't be activated and is still valid, so long as the winner simply posts a comment that he / she declines the gift, Support will re-roll. No reason needed.
Of course, you and the winner's family will still be disappointed. No fix for that.
Haha, I entered a million of these when the bundle came out but they were always region locked to Europe, original poster never mentioned that ,and I always had to withdraw, so it's nice to win one locked to the USA
