Yeah, you are right, just found more information about White Guardian Studios, at first I though they are a team with only 2 members, but turn out:
"White Guardian Studios is currently made up of just two developers. The other members of the team are contract workers."

Yeah it's a common issue, especially during sales when there are "goty editions" and similar available.
But also since you're game isn't released yet, it's pretty normal that steamgifts cant find the price yet and therefore it will be 0p for a while.
Which leaves the question, what is it going to cost?
