Hi, hotshot 21! I apologize for that. I also had a problem with the key of another GA from the same game (here). I will add you on Steam and I ask you to send me the screenshots when you can, as I combined with the jhr76, ok?

If the seller is unable to resolve the issue over the next few days I will provide you with another key to this game (but I will buy elsewhere, of course). : )

The seller hasn't changed the key (yet), because he said he needs a screenshot showing the key being inserted and another screenshot with the error message, showing the profile of the user who is trying to activate the key on both.

So ... to speed up the process, I bought another key from a different seller. Check to see if this works, please.
