Winners need to be given at least 7 days of giveaway closing (or from when they are chosen as a new winner after re-roll) to activate their win. So you have two options now, if creator can't give you key / gift you can activate:

you mark giveaway as not received
if you want you can give your permission to remove your entry from this giveaway
