hey scap! the idea of a community train is that anyone in the community can post the next cart in the train, by posting the giveaway link in the current last cart.
In this case, for example, I posted this giveaway. Ashtwo posted a link to the next giveaway in the comments. I took that link and put it into my giveaway description so that anyone can easily move from my cart to ashtwo's cart.
Ashtwo ended up posting around 15 carts I think, and someone else posted a link to the next giveaway, which was then added to ashtwo's last giveaway. And so on!
If you want to see examples of really large community trains, check out the one that just ended in September, it ended up being a very very long train!
