I have this game in my inventory for a long time now... I hope it will make someone happy and won't rot in their steam library.

Alas, it is just the game base, no DLC included. If you have to buy One DLC I would suggest you to buy Modern Times. It adds really fun mechanics and a whole new campaign. Other DLC are not really worth it unless you can get them really cheap (or free ! :p)
