Well there is the belief that Alzheimer's is influenced by the poorer sleep quality you receive as you get older. One school of thought is that medicating, or taking other actions to improve sleep, will indeed reduce the impact of the condition.
And I'm completely BSing in case its not obvious.

I was always keeping materials for the exams under my memory foam pillow. I passed everything with good grades. So I can draw the conclusion here that this type of pillow works as a conductor for memories and information and delivers them to the brain of a person using the pillow.
It's 100% true.
