paid DLC is what it means, but I guess because they are vital to playing the entire game (Episode 2-5 aren't free, Episode 1 is)

I just mention that to my GAs because I myself like it to have the complete stuff of a game.
In this case you won't have to buy additional content to have the full thing.

"strikes again" is in their title because they re-issued this bundle.
One was in September 2016, the other in January 2017.
